Welcome to the 2010 Legacies Now Society ("2010 Legacies Now") website (the "Site"). By accessing, browsing or using this Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") and all applicable laws and regulations. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE ANY USE OF THE SITE.

2010 Legacies Now may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Use from time to time without notice and you agree to be bound by such modification or revisions. You should visit this page periodically to review these Terms of Use. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be deemed to confer any third party rights or benefits.

All rights reserved. 2010 Legacies Now either owns the intellectual property rights, including copyright, or has acquired the necessary permissions, in the information, including all text, HTML (hypertext markup language) code, multimedia clips, images, graphics, icons, Java code and the selection and arrangement of the contents of the Site (collectively the "Information"). Unauthorized use by you of the Information may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Use of Information and Ownership

2010 Legacies Now grants you a limited licence to display, print, download and use the Information provided that you:

do not modify the Information in any manner;
plainly display all copyright and other proprietary notices in the same form and manner as on the original;
display a statement that the Information is used solely with permission of 2010 Legacies Now; and
abide by these Terms of Use.

Except as expressly granted in these Terms of Use, nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any license or right to you under any patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secret information or other intellectual or proprietary rights proprietary to 2010 Legacies Now.

Use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site for any commercial use, without the prior written authorization of 2010 Legacies Now. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, prohibited commercial uses include any of the following action taken without 2010 Legacies Now’s express approval:

use of the Site or its related series, for the primary purpose of gaining advertising or subscription revenue; and
the sale of advertising on any third party website, targeted to the Information.

Prohibited commercial uses do not include:

using certain Information expressly designated by 2010 Legacies Now ("Designated Information") in news releases or on third party websites provided that the primary purpose of using the Designated Information is not to gain advertising revenue or compete with 2010 Legacies Now; or
any use that 2010 Legacies Now expressly authorizes in writing.

You agree that you will comply with any request by 2010 Legacies Now that you take down any Information or Designated Information you post on any website that does not comply with these Terms of Use.

Trademarks

2010 Legacies Now and the 2010 Legacies Now logo and related names displayed on the Site are the trademarks, service marks or registered trademarks of 2010 Legacies Now. Except as provided for under these Terms of Use, any reproduction of any of these marks without the express written consent of 2010 Legacies Now is strictly prohibited.

Exclusion of Warranties and Liability

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. General

These Terms of Use and the use of this Site shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada without regard to the conflict of laws provisions therein. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of British Columbia.

If any provision hereof is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force without being invalidated in any way.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and 2010 Legacies Now as a result of these Terms of Use or your use of this Site. These Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between you and 2010 Legacies Now with respect to this Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and 2010 Legacies Now with respect to this Site.

Language

The parties confirm that it is their wish that this agreement, as well as any other documents relating to these Terms of Use, including notices, schedules and authorizations have been and shall be drawn up in the English language only.
