Explorations camps made summer special

Explorations summer camps ran from 2005 through 2008, providing more than 16,500 children from every region of the province with an enriched educational program in the arts and/or sport and recreation. In 2009, Explorations resources were redirected to a new educational program called Infusion™: Arts in Education.


Infusion: Arts in Education educational program

Explorations was an educational program, supported by the Province of BC, offering quality summer camp opportunities for elementary school students in kindergarten through Grade 7.

In 2009, Explorations resources were redirected to a new program called Infusion™: Arts in Education. 2010 Legacies Now and the Province of British Columbia provided professional development workshops for teachers and funding for summer camp practicum opportunities using Infusion strategies.
