Building local tourism in the province
The BC Sport Tourism Network provides a unique way for business, sport, education and tourism organizations in BC to share knowledge, resources and to find opportunities to further the growth of local tourism.
Members share resources, ideas
The BC Sport Tourism Network, created in partnership by 2010 Legacies Now and Tourism BC, supports community development and local tourism opportunities. The Network is made up of more than 90 members in over 40 communities across the province who share information and ideas, and work cooperatively to support sport tourism in British Columbia.
The BC Sport Tourism Network hosts quarterly meetings with members participating in an online forum to share sport tourism articles, upcoming events and resources.
Members include Chambers of Commerce, sport organizations, education institutions and tourism organizations across BC.
