LEAP BC is a growing set of resources for families, caregivers and early learning practitioners, which integrates Literacy, Education, Activity and Play. Developed by 2010 Legacies Now, the resources promote healthy child development through activities involving physical movement, healthy eating, oral language and early literacy.

Partners in the development and the implementation of LEAP BC™ include 2010 Legacies Now, the Province of B.C. (Ministry of Education, Ministry of Community, Sport and Cultural Development, Ministry of Children and Family Development, ActNowBC) and the University of Victoria. Partnerships with health professionals, early learning agencies and regional and community networks are also being developed to facilitate the distribution of LEAP BC resources.
