BC Sport Tourism Events Marketplace

The BC Sport Tourism Events Marketplace is an annual one-day conference bringing the tourism and sport industries together to network, develop partnerships and explore new sport event hosting opportunities.

The 2008 BC Sport Tourism Events Marketplace takes place on April 15 at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Hotel in Vancouver, BC.

The marketplace is a province-wide business-to-business conference for community tourism industry representatives and Provincial Sport Organizations (PSOs) from across BC. The marketplace allows these groups to network, make valuable contacts and discuss event hosting opportunities.

Over 100 people attended the third annual marketplace on February 9, 2007, which featured knowledge-building educational sessions, guest speakers, a marketplace and reception.
